Had a good stay and a great nights sleep but was reall disapointed when myself and my wife went to have showers in the morning to discover we had no hot water not a nice feeling.

We Arrived on the Friday, and given a room on the 3rd floor. The room was very small and very basic. There was a fault with the window, so when i rand reception and explained this they were very accommodating and exchanged our room within a matter of minutes, to a much bigger, spacious and very comfortable room. Could not fault staff on there efficiency in this. Thank-you. The Location of the Hotel is fab, side street in the middle of O'Connell street, just where you need to catch all the buses for the day tours, also only a lovely 10min stroll from temple bar. Overall happy with the room move, and happy with the hotel location and staff. Thanks.

The room wasn't so small as other people said in the webside, but the twin beds were too small for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Our room was a bit small but clean and silent enough (even if somethimes we heard our neighbors ). Staff were very gentle and helpful. At Breakfast a variety of good food was served. Central location is great.
