Comments: The shower wasn't so good and there were wires sticking out of the wall where the plugs were! Nice & clean though, very comfortable.

Comments: It was a basic room, staff were all very friendly the down side was it was noisy, but that was the city environment NOT the hotel, The hotel we thought was excellent value for money, clean basic friendly, within a 5 minute walk to temple bar and excellent restaurants. Not recomended for small children, due to the noise factor, although the back of the hotel might be quieter, we stayed on the street side, on the 1st floor. Would we stay there again? Yes.

Comments: Absolutely fab accomodation, value for money was very impressed that you had a room available to check in at 8.30 am. The customer service received before and during our arrival was superb. Will def be back and recommend to friends

Comments: What I wasn't happy about are as follows: The room slightly smells of tobacco. The free wireless internet doesn't easily allow me to access to Gmail and Youtube for some reason (but always fine for Yahoo!). As facing a busy street, the room is noisy during the Saturday night. The shower nob is fixed to the wall. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.
